Hi, I’m Teri Jablonski. My goal in creating Presence Executive Coaching and Consulting is to help high-achieving individuals find career success and fulfilment on their own terms, discovering their own personal brand while remaining authentic to who they truly are. I believe this can be accomplished through establishing a strong rapport and building a coaching relationship based on trust and mutual respect. I try to ask the right questions to help clients critically examine problems as well as articulate and reframe thoughts for the greatest positive impact, all within a safe, supportive environment. 

In addition to being an ICF-certified executive coach, I also hold a master’s degree in English from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree in English from Kalamazoo College. Over the past 10 years I have had the privilege of coaching over 350 individuals, many of whom hold C-suite executive positions across various industries and corporations across the US and Canada, including Covalus Healthcare Consulting, Turner Construction Company, SourceBlue, Findorff Construction Company, and Sun Country Builders.
